After selecting a plan, you will be directed to the checkout page to make the payment. Once you have completed the checkout, you will be able to create an account.
After checkout is complete, we’ll send you an introductory email and onboarding emails. Our first email will explain how to grant our operations team access to your site(s). Our next email will also discuss how to effectively request edits, the best screen capture tools, our progress with plugin updates and speed optimization, and other ways to maximize your plan.

As soon as you sign up with your website maintenance plans, you can securely share the website credentials you created for us inside a reply to your welcome email after you register with your login credentials.
To ensure that our team is the only ones who can see your usernames and passwords, you will be asked to use a security link that self-destructs once clicked.

The unlimited edits include editing content, changing plugin settings, adjusting CSS, changing banners, headers, or footers, editing blog content or context, adding a new landing page, formatting landing pages, changing text or images, and adding coupons or updating shopping carts. Unlimited does mean unlimited too!
The unlimited edits do not include custom development (PHP, plugins, themes, etc. ), graphic design, PSD to WordPress, creation of content, or building a new subdomain or website.
EDIT EXAMPLE 1
Included: You need us to upload blog content that you have created with attached images, formatted for WordPress, and provide instructions.
Not included: You want us to write a blog post, find images, and upload to WordPress without any formatting instructions.

Included: You would like us to add a new product to your WooCommerce store (for which you’ve provided all necessary content).
Not included: You would like your WooCommerce store’s checkout process customized.

Included: You would like us to install and set up a plugin so that you can take advantage of its built-in features.
Not included: You want new functionality that doesn’t exist within a plugin. (In this case, custom development may be available at an hourly rate.)

Not included: You want us to write content for your About page or design it.
We would be happy to assist you with custom development as well. But, again, our hourly rate or retainer plan covers those kinds of projects.

Snapshot Failover lets us clone all of the sites on one server to another (or an entire server) and sync the clones on an hourly basis for those paired servers.

Combined with automatic DNS failover that switches your DNS records to our backup server in the event your primary server goes down, you can be sure that your websites will continue to work even if another provider has an outage that impacts an entire data center, such as Vultr, Digital Ocean, Linode, Amazon Lightning or UpCloud.

Once you enroll in a care plan that’s right for you, you’ll receive an email containing information about the plan and details on how to securely send us your login credentials.
We’ll implement your plan within 24-48 hours after receiving login information for your WordPress dashboard and hosting provider. We’ll include a 200+ item checklist to get your website optimized.
Due to the fact that we must optimize everything for your unique core files, theme, and plugins, the speed enhancements can take up to a week. We want to be careful not to cause any downtime for your website during this process. As a result, we take our time to ensure this is done correctly instead of compromising your website.
As our work progresses, we will keep you informed via email. Everything we do is completely transparent!
Our first weekly report will be sent to you on the first Monday following your signup. Our first report may be sent to you the following Monday if you sign up over the weekend.

Each of our care plans covers a single site, domain, subdomain or WordPress installation. The multiple subdomains of the staging-webcare2.kinsta.cloud site still count as separate sites (i.e. staging-webcare2.kinsta.cloud and subdomain.staging-webcare2.kinsta.cloud). If you want us to manage 3 websites, you’ll have to purchase 3 plans, one for each website.

When you buy the care plan for 2 websites or more, you will receive a discount at checkout.
