This allows us to provide 24×7 support to our clients. While our team members in North America and South America are asleep, our team members in Europe, Africa, and Asia are active (and vice versa).
Additionally, we have dedicated weekend support staff and rotating weekend staff on Saturdays and Sundays.
No matter what time zone you are in if your website crashes at 3 am on a Sunday, someone on our team will be notified and address the issue immediately.
