After you sign up for Optimize Plan or higher our team of security engineers will:

  1. Analyze/scan the website
  2. Remove any malware, and
  3. Look for vulnerable areas such as outdated themes and/or plugins with known vulnerabilities.
  4. Protect your website from future attacks by hardening its security.

Malware Removal is only available with Optimize Plan and higher.

However, if you subscribe to a Basic or Secure plan and need malware removal, you must purchase it separately, click here.
